Details on the conference location and hotel are below. A block of sleeping rooms have been reserved for the convenience of the conference attendees at the Hyatt Regency Vancouver. The conference rates listed are available three (3) days before September 28, 2020, and three (3) days after October 1, 2020, based on availability. Please note that the hotel sleeping room rates are exclusive of applicable sales/room tax.
The reservation cut-off date is 26 August 2020, 5:00pm Pacific Time. Rates and availability after this date are not guaranteed and are dependent on the availability of the hotel.
Hotel Rates
Single/Double:
CAD $295.00/per night
These rates are exclusive of applicable state and local sales/room taxes, fees and service charge, a combined 17.5%. Housekeeping and other gratuities will be at the guests discretion.
All special requests, including bedding/smoking preferences, are not guaranteed, but subject to availability at the time of your arrival. The hotel will make every effort to accommodate your requests.

To / From Vancouver International Airport
Canada Line:
The Canada Line connects Vancouver International Airport to downtown Vancouver in under 30 minutes. Take the train to the Vancouver City Centre station, exit onto Georgia Street and take a left, we are located two short blocks away at 655 Burrard Street. Taxi:
Taxis are available from the Airport to the hotel at a flat fare of $35 plus tip. Taxis to the Airport from the hotel are at the metered rate, approximately $35 – $45 plus tip.
Via Rail and Amtrak:
Both Via Rail and Amtrak serve Vancouver. Taxi to Pacific Central Station is approximately $12.00 CAD. Service is also available on Skytrain (three stops away).
Parking
Self Parking: CAD $41.66 daily (inclusive of $9.66 in taxes)
Valet Parking: CAD $52.08 daily (inclusive of $12.08 in taxes)
Parking charges include in / out privileges. The parking is underground, with a clearance of six feet. If you are bringing a vehicle with a higher clearance, please contact the hotel concierge at 604-683-1234 for additional parking options.
