REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Information Regarding Conference Access
Registering in advance is strongly recommended. All session times are Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).

Attendees who have registered prior to 6:30 AM EDT, 28 September 2020, will have access to the virtual conference once it begins. Attendees who register between 6:30 AM EDT and 11:30 AM EDT will be given access to the virtual conference by 1:30 PM EDT (same day). Attendees who register between 11:30 AM EDT and 6:30 AM EDT will be given access to the virtual conference by 8:30 AM EDT the following day.

The virtual conference will feature pre-recorded presentations with live Q&A using the ON24 web conferencing platform.

Pre-Registration
Pre-registration for IPC is not required but is strongly encouraged. 

Paying by Check or Wire Transfer
If you are interested in paying your registration fee by check or wire transfer, please contact IPCreg@ieee.org for instructions.

Refund Policy for Pre-registration
All cancellation/refund request(s) must be provided in writing and received by 27 September 2020. No refunds will be provided after this date.

Copyrights
Speakers who are submitting a paper for inclusion in IEEE Xplore will be provided with the IEEE Electronic Copyright Form (eCF).  Speakers who are submitting a virtual presentation only will be provided with the IEEE Consent and Release Form. These forms allow IEEE the right to use, distribute, publish, exhibit, digitize, broadcast, reproduce and archive, in any format or medium, whether now known or hereafter developed any materials, including written, audio and visual works. One of these forms are required by each speaker in order to present at the virtual conference.
